With over a decade of experience in the art of luxury bespoke cakes, Poonam is celebrated for her refined aesthetic, intricate craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail. Each creation is a harmonious balance of elegance and innovation, where timeless techniques meet contemporary design.
Her passion began at the age of eight, inspired by her father, a professional baker and chef. What started as memories and recreating cherished family recipes soon evolved into a natural gift for transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary works of art.
In 2015, Poonam unveiled her first five-tier luxury cake for a family engagement—an early milestone that marked the beginning of a distinguished journey. Today, her creations are sought after by discerning clients across the UK and internationally, earning her a reputation for excellence within exclusive circles.

With a professional and academic background in Art & Design, Fashion and Psychology, Poonam approaches her work with a uniquely multidimensional perspective, her creative vision and inspiration is shaped by the psychological depth of Sigmund Freud, the surreal brilliance of Salvador Dalí and the mastery of Michelangelo.
Poonam further draws inspiration from the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, where art, architecture, and innovation exist in perfect harmony—reflecting a world where culture and couture seamlessly converge.
